🎯 Program & Portfolio Management Consulting

What I Do: For multi-workstream initiatives where several programs and projects must be coordinated toward a strategic outcome, I provide oversight across workstreams, prioritize technology investments, manage dependencies, drive executive reporting, and ensure the program stays aligned with business objectives.

Best For: Organizations running transformation initiatives, prioritizing technology investments, managing complex technology implementations, or R&D programs where technical and business leadership must be tightly integrated. Engagements scale to the program, from targeted oversight to long-term embedded program leadership.

Deliverables: Program and portfolio roadmaps, investment prioritization frameworks, dependency maps, executive dashboards, risk and issue registers, governance frameworks, milestone tracking, and program close-out reports.

âš¡ Corporate Training for Project Professionals

What I Do: I train teams to deliver projects and programs more effectively. Topics include leading technically complex programs, PM fundamentals for technical teams, stakeholder management, and AI tools for project managers. Workshops may be eligible for PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs).

Formats: Half-day, full-day, and multi-day programs. Virtual, in-person, or hybrid. Per-seat or corporate flat fee.

Deliverables: Workshop materials, participant guides, exercises, post-workshop action plans, and PDU documentation where applicable.
